• Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to adjustments based on the actual work required.
• Clients must provide safe access to the property for the duration of the service.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost.
• If the Company needs to cancel or reschedule, the Client will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Liability and Damage

• The Company will take all reasonable care during the provision of services.
• Any damage caused by the Company’s employees will be addressed promptly, provided it is reported within 24 hours of the service.
• The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by wear and tear.

6. Data Protection

7. Complaints and Feedback

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
